Bio
Sophomore setter and defensive specialist Valerie Rodriguez brings versatility and leadership to the Wallace State volleyball program. A graduate of Southland Christian School in Kissimmee, Florida, Rodriguez has been playing volleyball since the age of six, developing a lifelong passion for the game. Among her favorite memories is her senior trip, which she treasures as a highlight of her high school experience. She chose Wallace State because of the strength of its volleyball program and the opportunity to compete at a high level while continuing to grow as a student-athlete. Rodriguez credits her mom as her biggest influence and source of support throughout her journey. With a commitment to hard work and consistency, she looks to make an impact for the Lions while preparing for the next step in her academic and athletic career.
