Quarterback Emma Kile was named the ACCC Conference MVP, while head coach Daniel Howard earned ACCC Coach of the Year after guiding the Lions to an astounding 18-0 record in their first-ever season.

In one of the most dramatic and unforgettable games of the inaugural ACCC flag football season, top-seeded Wallace State survived a heart-pounding three-overtime battle to defeat Snead State 33–32 in the semifinals of the ACCC Championships at Rip Hewes Stadium. With the victory, the undefeated Lions (19–0) advance to Sunday’s title game, where they will face third-seeded Shelton State, which upset Calhoun 12–6 in overtime.
