Assistant Coach Toni West 
 
This season marks Toni West’s second at Wallace State as assistant coach of the women’s basketball program. In her first season, she helped guide the Lady Lions to a record of 25-6 and an ACCC tournament runner-up title. 
 
West graduated from Cold Springs High School in 2021, where she was a member of the 2018-19 State Championship team. She continued her basketball career at Shelton State Community College from 2021 to 2023. During her time at Shelton State, she finished with a record of 60-6 and was a 2x ACCC regular season and tournament champion. She earned an associate degree at Shelton State in May 2023. She is currently perusing a bachelor’s degree from Athens State University. 
 
West is the daughter of Patrick and Tammy West. Tammy has been the coach at Cold Springs High School for 33 years and has won 4 State Championships. Toni also has two older sisters, Hayden and Bailey who are both high school coaches. West also serves as a Wallace State recruiter.
