Drew Wilson joins Wallace State after serving as the Director of Basketball Operations at Arkansas State University since 2021. At Arkansas State, he was instrumental in managing daily scheduling, travel arrangements, budget oversight, media relations, and NCAA compliance logs. Under his leadership, the team achieved its most wins and first winning conference record in five years, and garnered individual accolades including Sun Belt Player of the Year and Sun Belt Defensive Player of the Year.

Prior to Arkansas State, Wilson was an Assistant Coach at Faulkner University from 2014 to 2021. During his tenure, Faulkner University secured four Southern States Athletic Conference Championships and made three NAIA National Tournament appearances. Wilson’s expertise in recruiting and player development led to the recognition of numerous players as NAIA All-Americans and All-Conference selections.

Wilson also held the role of Associate Head Coach/Assistant Coach at Snead State Community College from 2012 to 2014, where his efforts resulted in several players advancing to NCAA Division I programs and other four-year institutions.
